Clinton has been involved in internet and website development since the mid-1990s, with a technical background spanning information technology, telecommunications, systems integration, accessibility, usability and user-centred design.
He holds university qualifications in Information Communication & Technology and Business Studies, together with postgraduate and industry qualifications in computing and IT.
